Using RFID Readers in India for Tracking Vehicles and for School Attendance

RFID tags are attached to the identification cards of the students and these tags help in capturing information about the students. With every student entering the school premises and swiping the identity card, there are RFID readers in India located at the door or the gate and these help in detecting the tag and in registering the presence of the students. The attendance of the students is automatically marked as the student passes in front of the reader device located at the school gate. When the student leaves the school premises, he or she will have to swipe the identification card at the gate for the reader to detect the tag. The system then recognizes the student tag and stores the data of the student.
